Graduate Sales Executive – German & English Speaking

We are searching for motivated and ambitious Sales Executives with a passion for Technology to join a global tech business based in Vienna.

  • 2.150,00 €– 2.650,00 € per month (3.828,00 € OTE per month)
  • 30.000,00 € - 37.000,00 € per annum (53.600,00 € OTE per annum)
  • Uncapped Monthly Commission
  • Vienna Office - Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)
  • Fluent German & English Speaking is essential
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Volunteer Days, Healthcare Policy, Custom Learning Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the Sales team in the DACH region.
  • Identify new leads and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
  • Engage with prospects over the telephone, understanding their needs and presenting our client’s products to support their growth plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business, including the Account Executives across Europe.
  • Learn from the Sales Leadership team to gain selling and influencing skills to assist with your pitches.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent German and Fluent/Business English is essential for this role.
  • Experience in a customer-facing position (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • A passion for and experience in technology and software is highly desired.
  • Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation is essential.
  • Willingness to be trained and guided by experienced sales professionals to achieve success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working to set targets and KPI’s would be ideal.
