SDR Manager – German & English Speaking

We’re searching for a proven SDR Manager who can demonstrate success in leading high-performing technology/SaaS sales teams. You will be joining a global tech business in Vienna and will speak expert German and English.

  • 4.200 € - 4,.00 € per month (8.900 € OTE per month)
  • 60.000 € - 68.000 € per annum (124.700 € OTE per annum)
  • Vienna Office - Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard and train new hires, enabling them to achieve their performance quota.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SDRs, providing continuous support to ensure their ongoing development towards Account Executive level.
  • Pipeline Growth: Leverage your sales expertise and develop promotions/incentives to drive pipeline/opportunity generation results within the team.
  • Market Knowledge: Apply your understanding of the EMEA market to support regional strategies and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Team Metric Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyse SDR team performance, identifying areas for training and improvement, and implement 1-1 professional development plans.
  • Forecasting: Analyse and forecast in order to provide timely and accurate forecasts for the executive management team.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business and promote/encourage a supportive team culture.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent German & English speaking is essential.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: A passionate leader with a minimum of 1 years' sales management experience, with an ability to coach team members enhance productivity and meet/exceed targets.
  • Sales Expertise: 2-3 years' demonstrable success in a quota carryingrole, within a cold sales environment.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build and nurture relationships across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience in creating and executing sales strategies to generate opportunities through an existing base
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and preferably Outreach or similar.
  • Experience with lead qualification methodologies/applications (e.g., Cognism, Apollo, Lusha, ABM campaigns) would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience within technology/SaaS is highly desired.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
