Senior Paid Search Manager

  • Up to 67.000,00 € per annum, dependent on experience
  • Up to 4.800,00 € per month, dependent on experience
  • 12% annual performance bonus
  • Vienna Office - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Paid Search Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for paid search campaigns that aligns with company goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize paid search budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources, constantly seeking opportunities for cost savings and improved ROI.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities, manage keyword lists, and optimize for relevancy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ad Copy and Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy that maximize click-through rates and conversions.
  • Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bidding strategies to meet campaign objectives, including return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and other KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and performance dashboards to the executive team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure all paid search campaigns adhere to industry best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a demonstrated track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and others.
  • A deep understanding of ROAS bidding models.
  • Expertise in data analysis and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with international campaigns in non-English languages is a plus.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
