Jonny McPartland

As a Senior Recruitment and Retention Consultant, it is my role to build and maintain successful relationships with clients and candidates alike.

By utilising knowledge gained through my Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification and my experience across a range of different sectors, I am able to make intelligent and informed introductions between a hiring business and a job seeker.

A key element to my success within this role is to ensure that these introductions are not only beneficial, but that individuals are introduced to businesses whose values and ambition align with theirs and can ultimately provide a meaningful career for the candidate.

This is achieved by taking the time to develop a thorough understanding of both clients and candidates.

I have come from the hospitality industry, having 14 years of experience behind me. My time in the hospitality sector has taken me through a multitude of different roles and allowed me to see a lot of the world.

From working in kitchens in my local village pub, to bartending in High Wycombe then moving to work in Sydney, Australia before finally taking a job with Arc Inspirations.

I spent just over 3 years with Arc, most recently as Bar Manager in Manahatta and I have been involved in opening numerous new sites in Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle!

I bring a good, can-do, friendly attitude and a sense of humour to the team.
