I had worked with Janet in a former role where she had identified some very good people for our sales team, so I knew that I could trust her and her team to support me and other departments in Jigsaw24 with our recruitment requirements, in both our Nottingham and London offices.

Marmion's people do what others claim to do but rarely actually do. It is truly refreshing, they consider what is best for our business and for the candidate and as a result we don’t waste time reading irrelevant CVs or interviewing people who won’t succeed in role. In fact, it’s true to say that if Matt or Janet recommend someone to us they will almost certainly be interviewed, and on a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 offered a job.
