Unlike most recruitment companies they didn't sign me up for any vacancy going, but rather waited and found a vacancy which seemed a right fit for both parties. Managed to get an interview thanks to the help of Janet and Matt, at a place where I could see myself working.

Which also matched what I wanted in a job in terms of wage and career progression. Never had much luck with recruitment companies but Marmion was a lot different and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
