Campaign Manager

  • Cleckheaton
  • £30,000 - £40,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • 23 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident residing within commutable distance to Cleckheaton. Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilising the existing strategy and tried & tested campaign tactics, develop & implement engaging online & offline marketing campaigns (print & digital).
  • Ensure all campaigns are based on the identified market segments, with the goal of gaining new customers and building repeat business.
  • Ensure each campaign is in-line with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and aligns with the business strategy.
  • Conduct regular training sessions (both in-person and remote) with new and existing franchisees in-line with their budgets on proposed marketing strategies, directing them on how to implement, with an emphasis on their ROI if followed.
  • Act as a consultant to franchisee’s showing them what isn’t working from their existing campaigns, areas to improve upon, and what to do more of.
  • Monitor the data analytics for campaigns, measuring the success across each channel.
  • Utilise internal & external feedback and campaign data and to form improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create regular reports of campaign performance to feed back to the senior leadership team.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing team on project work.
  • Assist with the social media content creation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on, strategic and creative marketing/campaign manager role.
  • Experience in both print and digital is preferred.
  • Ability to write compelling copy for landing pages, newsletters, blogs, socials, emails, etc.
  • Experience of tracking and monitoring campaign data, and forming actionable insights to improve engagement, increase brand awareness, and increase business revenue.
  • Experience of working within a set marketing budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability & desire to coach & mentor colleagues on marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Experience in real estate industry would be highly beneficial.
