Responsibilities…

• Work closely with the CEO on the existing operational strategy, contributing to areas for development and justifying with projected business outcomes.
• Manage the operational business strategy ensuring best in class operational execution is implemented and maintained.
• Management of Field Engineers & Install Engineers, ensuring efficient application of their services to maximise revenue.
• Measure application of Engineers and strategise/implement procedures & processes where necessary to increase output and productivity.
• Accountability of the development of the business regarding specialist resource availability comparable to forecasted project pipeline.
• Management of the Internal Customer Service
• Measure output of the Customer Service Team from customer satisfaction surveys and KPI’s.
• Develop methods to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Assess internal processes and systems, ensuring all are up-to-date and utilised by the wider business to their full potential.

Skills & Experience…

• 4+ years’ experience within a cross functional Senior Operational role is essential.
• Experience within the Automotive industry is desired.
• Must have the ability to manage, develop, and influence internal teams to increase productivity, efficiency, and business revenue.
• An extremely strategic & commercially astute mindset is essential.
• Strong understanding of business performance/financial reporting to drive operational activities.
