Sales Support Specialist

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Nottingham. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, qualifying leads, and dealing with queries.
  • Support the account managers and build relationships with their customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities from your engagement with customers via telephone/emails, processing transactional quick wins, or passing on larger deals to the dedicated account manager.
  • Ensure quotes and orders are processed within accurately and efficiently and manage backorders where necessary.
  • Submit preferential pricing requests to suppliers/vendors to gain competitive pricing for customers and the business.
  • Handle product specification enquiries, communicating with external and internal teams where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance, sales, and procurement departments within the business to ensure a smooth process and excellent customer satisfaction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years’ Internal Sales, Order Administration, Business Support, or similar experience is essential.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems is essential.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge and interest in IT hardware and software is beneficial.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
