Sales Executive - SaaS

  • £28,500 - £30,000 basic salary per annum DOE
  • Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)
  • Edinburgh HQ – brand new, state-of-the-art offices
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, deliver technical demos, and close new business opportunities within a new and existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and customers across both direct and indirect channels.
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities, aiming to consistently close multiple deals per month.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our client’s product suite, competitor landscape, and wider IT/SaaS industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, leveraging Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and leadership support to maximise deal success.
  • Engage in consultative, value-based conversations with IT service providers, public sector organisations, and resellers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting scalability and customisation benefits.
  • Consistently execute successful closing tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a sales/SDR role preferably within the IT/SaaS industry, however we are open to speaking with candidates who have the right attributes to succeed in a fast-paced tech sales environment.
  • Target driven, preferably with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience or knowledge of channel/reseller sales would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success - comfortable working in a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at varying stages of the sales cycle, whilst keeping the CRM updated.
