As a Senior Resourcing Administrator, I play a key role in supporting Marmion’s recruitment processes. I work closely with candidates to help them find the right opportunities, whilst also providing administrative and executive support to the directors. My organisational skills and attention to detail help to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes!
Before joining Marmion, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant for an SME-focused recruitment consultancy. During that time, I gained valuable experience and had some amazing opportunities in recruitment, HR and management, it also helped me to discover my true passion for helping people. However, I soon realised that I preferred being the steady hand in the background, providing essential support and structure to help others thrive.
