We're supporting an ambitious, fast-growing AI software business in their search for a Customer Solutions Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career within AI, software, customer solutions and automation.
Working alongside experienced Customer Solutions Advisors & Consultants, you’ll help design, configure and optimise AI-powered customer workflows for businesses across multiple sectors. You’ll support customer onboarding, build automation processes, analyse workflow performance and help customers maximise the value of cutting-edge AI technology. You’ll gain exposure to integrations, APIs and customer success operations whilst developing highly sought-after technical and commercial skills.
- Leeds – Office Based(Remote considered for the right candidate)
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
Customer Implementation & Workflow Automation:
- Configure AI-powered workflows and customer engagement journeys based on business requirements.
- Support customer onboarding activities, including platform setup, validation and deployment preparation.
- Assist with workflow configuration, testing and optimisation to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Help translate customer processes into scalable automated workflows.
Performance Configuration & Solutions Support:
- Investigate workflow, integration and platform performance issues, identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product & Development teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, guidance notes and onboarding resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.
Automation Analytics & Performance:
- Analyse workflow execution data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved automation performance.
- Monitor workflow success rates, diagnose failed executions and document recommendations.
- Produce usage insights, performance reports and operational recommendations.
- Support data-driven decision making across Customer Success and Product teams.
Technical & Platform Support:
- Develop expertise in APIs, webhooks, integrations and authentication technologies that power modern SaaS platforms.
- Work with customer data using Excel, Google Sheets and CSV files.
- Support troubleshooting activities using browser developer tools and SaaS diagnostic techniques.
- Assist with configuration, validation and integration activities across customer environments.
- Build a deep understanding of CRM, Field Service Management and workflow automation platforms.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to onboarding checklists, support playbooks and knowledge resources.
- Capture and document customer feedback for Product and Development teams.
- Support initiatives designed to improve onboarding efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Help strengthen internal processes as the business continues to scale.
Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who have acted as a super-user, administrator or technical support analyst for businesses utilising Field Service Management (FSM) platforms such as BigChange, Joblogic or Simpro, supporting end users, configuring workflows, troubleshooting issues and driving software adoption across the business.

- Experience using, supporting or administering operational software, CRM systems or workflow platforms.
- A solutions-focused approach with a desire to learn and develop.

- Experience manipulating data using Excel, Google Sheets or CSV files.
