Training Coordinator

The Role

As Training Coordinator, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the wider training team. Supporting customers and candidates through their learning journey and ensuring the smooth delivery of both online and face-to-face training courses. You’ll be the key point of contact for course administration, customer queries, and compliance, making sure everything runs efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrolling customers onto the e-learning platform and managing their training journey
  • Coordinating face-to-face courses, including booking venues, scheduling trainers, and organising assessments
  • Providing professional and accurate advice to customers on training and relevant legislation
  • Reviewing and processing candidate documentation and submissions, ensuring compliance with CAA and awarding body requirements
  • Issuing certificates and recording exam results
  • Managing trainer diaries using Jira
  • Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of unmanned aviation legislation
  • Acting on customer feedback to improve the training experience

The Candidate

You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of your work. You’ll have a natural ability to learn and absorb complex information, with the confidence to communicate technical or legislative details clearly to customers. You’ll also be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
