1st Line Technical Support

  • Leeds Office
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office.
  • £23,000 - £25,000pa dependent on experience

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Work within an established technical team and provide guidance to the client base on the business’ marketing automation platform.
  • Respond to incoming requests and issues reported via; chatbot, telephone, or ticketing system.
  • Escalate any issues where necessary to 2nd/3rd Line support team.
  • Liaise with the appropriate account manager when opportunities are identified to increase customer retention for the business, and satisfaction of the platform.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer Service experience with a Computer Science or related degree.
  • 1+ years’ experience within a 1st line support role is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems/software and/or chat function is desired.
  • Knowledge/understanding of HTML or SQL is desired.
  • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
