Contact Centre Executive

  • £22,500 per annum
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our client’s automotive manufacturer dealer networks by managing service bookings and conducting post-service and sales follow up calls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls on behalf of dealerships to their customers to secure service bookings and sales appointments
  • Confirming bookings with individual dealerships.
  • Accurately updating customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Working towards and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
  • Maintaining and strengthening the relationship between client and customer.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, telephone confidence, a genuine ability to connect with individuals, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is likely to suit someone from a hospitality or retail background searching for a move into commercial environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated mindset.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to follow process.
  • IT literate.
  • Confident when communicating over the telephone.
  • Are a UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
