Customer Success - Accounting Software

  • It is essential this candidate has experience/knowledge of accounting/finance.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within Hull and surrounding areas. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities…

  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients onto the software platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients.
  • Conduct occasional testing of the product, identifying any recurring issues within the software.
  • Suggesting improvements/changes for the development team.
  • Act as 1st line support, answering & resolving queries, whilst keeping clients up to date.
  • Proactive account management of client base, showing them existing and additional product features that will improve efficiencies and increase their return on investment.
  • Assistance with client use of the platform, using your existing knowledge of accounting to help customers with inputting invoicing and billing to get the correct results.

Skills & Experience…

  • It is essential this candidate has experience/knowledge of accounting/finance.
  • It is essential this candidate has B2B customer service experience.
  • Business & Finance/Accounting Undergraduate or Post-Graduate degree, or Account Manager/Customer Success role within FinTech is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (telephone, email, video).
  • Highly computer literate, with a tech-savvy and data-focused mind-set.
  • Ability to influence, liaise, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
