Customer Success & Onboarding Executive - Telecom Software

We’re supporting a fast-growing technology provider in Leeds with their search for a Client Onboarding Coordinator/Customer Success Executive. If you’re high-energy, customer-focused and genuinely passionate about technology, with a keen eye for detail and a love of problem solving, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Head of Onboarding, you’ll become a technology specialist and advocate for the platform - delivering product demonstrations, guiding customers and channel partners through onboarding and adoption, and providing wrap-around support to channel partners. You’ll also manage and coordinate the number porting process, decision-making and customer contact. It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organised and working with new technology to make a real impact within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a technology specialist across the full product range - understanding it inside out and acting as an enthusiastic advocate for the platform.
  • Managing number porting from initial request through to completion - making key decisions (such as which carrier to use), directing and checking the automation that handles much of the administration, tracking progress and keeping customers and partners informed.
  • Supporting customers and channel partners through onboarding and ongoing adoption of the platform and associated products, including regular check-ins on usage and highlighting where additional products, such as AI agents, could add value.
  • Providing dedicated support to assigned channel partner accounts, including wrap-around account and service management and regular monthly or quarterly partner service reviews.
  • Accurately updating customer records and managing progress through HubSpot, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
  • Delivering product demonstrations, presentations and end user training to customers and channel partners.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and live chat for general support, sales, and billing queries, working alongside AI agents that handle first-line calls.
  • Working alongside Account Managers and assisting with customer renewals.
  • Arranging the purchasing of new numbers and hardware as required.

About You:

You’ll be high-energy, customer-service focused and genuinely enthusiastic about technology and software - this isn’t a purely administrative role, but one where you’ll add real value for customers and partners. Experience working within a telecommunication environment is highly desirable, particularly with prior experience in number porting, provisioning, and service delivery. However, if you have strong customer onboarding and technical support experience, alongside exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a keen interest in AI and technology, we’d still like to hear from you.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing support role, ideally within telecoms
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking information and maintaining records.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and follow through on outstanding actions.
  • Clear, approachable communication skills and confidence explaining technical information in straightforward language.
  • Confidence presenting to customers and partners and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • A genuine interest in technology and software, with the confidence to learn new systems and AI tools quickly.
