OUR CLIENT

Our client is the creator of the UK’s fastest growing innovative marketing automation platform that was born from the understanding that there is no one size fits all. The platform allows businesses to create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns; automating the process to increase audience engagement and drive leads all whilst reducing the internal time and effort required. The platform was built to allow for continuous improvements and upgrades to match the ever-changing landscape of marketing, providing marketeers with the freedom to concentrate on driving forward results.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients and offering detailed and practical guidance on utilising the platform to its full potential for their marketing automation. You will work closely with an existing set of strategic clients to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points, and develop/implement a strategy which drives the platform’s value by identifying opportunities for each client to grow stronger commercially as a result.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guide your customers through the onboarding process and to ensure they get as much value as possible from the platform.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with clients on strategies for marketing automation, developing campaigns/outreach based on your understanding of their specific needs, requirements, and business goals.
  • Work with clients to examine their existing audience segmentation and customer journeys, offer guidance in developing new/personalised stages to increase engagement with their audiences.
  • Use data from the platform to inform clients on usage/results of campaigns, identify areas for improvement and develop and justify changes to increase engagement and ROI.
  • Demonstrate the value of the product, use expert knowledge of marketing automation to show how it can help them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals and growth within existing client base, with the goal being a reinstatement/extension of subscriptions.
  • Support customers in working towards best practice.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to gather information on process/product improvements/pain points, to then work with internal teams on implementation of improvements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Solid experience in a customer facing digital marketing role, preferably in agency, is essential.
  • Experience in automating marketing strategies/best practices, SEO or PPC is highly desirable.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and uncover opportunities for growth and increase revenue.
  • Excellent organisational, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and manage/prioritise workload.
