Microsoft Power Platform Graduate

Do you have a passion for technology with a strong ability to problem solve? We are searching for a Microsoft Power Platform Graduate to support a wide variety of ongoing transformational projects across a multi-site group, helping to shape how our client connects systems and people, through digital innovation.

As part of a tight-knit team you’ll start by learning how to deliver real-world business value using Microsoft technologies, steadily taking on more complex responsibilities as you develop. You will be working hands-on with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate and will learn from an internal industry expert who will act as a mentor to help strengthen your skills and advance your career in tech.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work across Power Apps & Power Automate solutions, streamlining business processes in line with company objectives.
  • Assist with integration projects using cloud-based tools including Enterprise Service Bus.
  • Support data warehousing & system integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate and be mentored by the highly experienced Microsoft Lead, engaging with regular internal and external training.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Computer Science, Business IT, Data Analytics, or a similar degree qualification is essential.
  • Professional experience: relevant placement year, or 1 year post-graduate (relevant) role is essential.
  • Curious, practical/hands-on, and eager to make a difference with technology is a must!
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or other business systems (even better if you’ve built something!)
  • Enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting, and being the go-to person for others when it comes to emerging technologies.
  • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
  • Our client will invest in your ongoing development and will pay for Microsoft courses, allowing you to become Microsoft Certified (Power Platform Developer Associate).
