Product Marketing Manager

  • Up to £40,000 pa DOE.
  • Nottingham – Hybrid working.

  • Previous experience in a practical and strategic Product Marketing is essential

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Nottingham. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities…

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, events, and PR initiatives for new and existing products, launches, and updates.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify customer behaviour & trends, report on findings and recommendations to the wider business.
  • Utilise market research to develop strategies to both acquire new business, and increase spend within existing customer base.
  • Develop & execute customer engagement initiatives, webinars, workshops, and events to increase customer retention and drive product adoption.
  • Create sales enablement tools and materials for internal and external use.
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging promoting the value proposition of the offering relevant to the target audience on the website, blog posts, and sales enablement material.
  • Work collaboratively with the content team to ensure messaging is consistent, and that all deliverables/outputs are in-line with wider business goals & objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data measuring campaign performance effectiveness/sales, adjusting tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and manage training programs & presentations for internal teams to enhance product and business value proposition knowledge.

Skills & Experience…

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Product Marketing practical and strategic role is essential.
  • Experience creating and implementing go-to-market product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience developing and creating sales enablement tools and material.
  • Understanding/appreciation of the technology industry is desired.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
