Sales Analyst & Ecommerce Support

We are searching for an individual with experience in Sales Analytics to support our client’s sales team. The successful candidate’s analytics activities should produce insights and recommendations that will directly impact the business’ growth and overall sales performance, and as the business grows, the progression into more senior positions will then follow.

  • Leeds office
  • Hybrid/flexible working (50/50 split)
  • Up to £27,500 + 5% bonus
  • 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays + paid birthday off)

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
  • Monitor sales metrics including revenue, sales volume, market share, and customer acquisition/retention rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide key sales metrics, KPIs, findings, and recommendations to present to the senior leadership team.
  • Generate actionable insights from the sales data, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies to optimise sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide input/assistance in pricing analysis and sales incentive programs, aligning market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Conduct audits on the online activity of retail partners to ensure they are in-line with the brand.
  • Produce monthly audit reports on ecommerce offerings within the market.
  • Monitor activity on marketplaces platforms, and report back on changes that could affect sales.
  • Monitor stock allocation to ensure products remain purchasable whilst maintaining a stock reserve.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in Sales Analysis, Market Research, or Business Analytics is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Economics, or equivalent.
  • Proficient using Data Analysis & Visualisation tools (Excel or similar)
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present to senior stakeholders.
  • An understanding and appreciation of the Mother & Baby industry is desired.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK – please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
