Sales Executive (Part Time)

  • Harrogate – Office Based
  • Up to £35,000 pro rata, dependent on experience
  • Part Time – 3 days per week
  • Uncapped Commission (£17,500+ OTE)

THE OPPORTUNITY

The primary purpose of this role will be to nurture leads by building strong relationships with decision-makers with the aim of securing qualified appointments, allowing you to convert prospects into revenue generating clients. This will be achieved through targeted business development activities including networking events, telephone & social media outreach and email marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate will be confident, results-driven and will understand the importance this role will play on the continued growth of our client’s Brand Experience department.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads through outbound calls, social media outreach, networking events, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, including lead conversion and turning customers into qualified appointments.
  • Researching prospects to understand their business challenges and identifying solutions.
  • Presenting our client’s services, tailored specifically to individual business requirements.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
  • Attending networking events with the aim of representing the business, promoting the brand and identifying new business opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with an ability to gain buy-in from decision-makers at all levels.
  • Passionate about creative and digital solutions, with a willingness to learn about branding, websites, and VR.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.
