The Role
In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Cost & Project Management business requirements. You will be integral to business operations and given autonomy to undertake your own projects and be self-sufficient in the role. You will engage in the full range of commercial and contractor support and work across multiple projects across the North West. These projects can range from extensions for small contractors, through to large civils projects, high value buildings to specialist energy contractors and more.

They cover a wide range of construction projects and offer support from contract review/administration, measurement, estimating, procurement, through to final account settlement and project management.
