Manufacturing Production Operative

Salary:

£32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance)

Rising after probation to £33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance)

Shift Pattern

12-Hour Panama Shifts (7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am)

Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2 – Wed, Thurs

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment
A strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards
A Forklift Licence would be ideal; however training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Completing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
Complete machine changeovers in an efficient and safe manner.
