UAS Service Technician

We’re searching for an enthusiastic individual with an aptitude for technology and repairs to join an innovative drone technology business in Leeds. This is an entry-level position where you will be given full training, guidance and mentorship to support you in building an exciting career!

Training and Development

  • Full, on the job, training provided – no drone experience necessary

  • Mentorship from an experienced Technical Manager with decades of repair and drone expertise

The Role

As UAS Service Technician, you will support the Technical Manager across a variety of operational and technical tasks. From management of the supply chain, coordination of technical support and repairs, this is a fast-paced and ever-evolving role where you’ll be supported and encouraged to progress your own personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer communications via phone and email, providing accurate information and guidance to all customers.
  • Accurately picking, shipping, and processing goods using inventory system.
  • Supporting with drone repairs, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Liaising with manufacturers for warranty repairs, product support and returns.
  • Maintaining demo equipment and assisting with technical logistics.

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or operational role, ideally logistics, procurement or technical support.
  • A desire to learn and progress your career in a professional environment where training and development is a key factor.
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning on the job, and being part of a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a desire to resolve queries effectively.
